Summary 0000093: Increase scope of SLA timimng
Description Would like the ability to add an SLA that is within miniutes.

The minimum that can be added at the moment is 1 hour so it would be nice if we could add 30 mins or less.

SLA Timing has now been redone to work on minutes instead of hours providing more flexability on SLA breaches.

Anyone who already has SLAs setup will need to re-do the timing of these based on minutes.
