Ok this has really been fixed now. Have added Issue to the work order which will display the subject of the incident, the very first message logged by the user is now displayed in the problem description box and wthe first response from the tech staff dealing with the incident is displayed in the action to be taken box.
What appears in the action to be taken box is dependant on the work flow at the site as most will be different this will simply show what has been entered by the tech staff. |
