Summary 0000110: Adding New Incidents For Users
Description When adding a new incident it show that the incident was added by the tech and not for the user.

i.e The last replier shows as the tech or admin when it should be the user and in the incident details it shows as the request was added by the tech and not the user.

This has now been fixed so when an incident is logged for a user it shows the user as the last replier and the message added to the incident now shows as from the user also.
