Would it be possible for more columns to be shown in the 'My Incidents' area?
(Staff Dashboard -> My Incidents tab) |

Additional Information |
Specifically we would like to be able to see the user who has logged the job for ease of prioritisation.
Perhaps there is some way to give technicians the option of turning on/off details in this view?
